Levy Payable by New Members:
The Board would remind
members that on the transfer of any mobile unit to a new purchaser, that a
levy is payable in the amount of €3000.00 in order to enter the Management Company
scheme along with a 1% administration cost in dealing with the transfer of
License / Management Agreement and other Legal Documents
We would again remind all owners that they should contact the
Secretary or a Director of the Company prior to concluding any
transactions, as the suitability of the intended purchaser will be
conducted through an interview procedure in order to maintain
standards. Formal approval if
granted will be issued to the Vendor so they can proceed with their
transaction. .
